| Harry Housen, RLA, ASLA | ||
Harry Housen received his Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1975 from the University of Georgia and his Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from the same institution in 1983. Mr. Housen has over twenty-five years experience in Landscape Architecture, Land Planning, and Urban Design. Prior to joining Altamira Design and Common Sense Inc. in 1992 as a principal, Mr. Housen established Housen+Gambino, Inc. in 1985. Prior to forming Housen+Gambino, Inc. Harry served as head of landscape architecture and planning at Vann and Partners, Inc. for three years. Mr. Housen is active in civic affairs as well as professional associations. He has served on the Druid Hills Golf Club Board of Directors and served as co-chair of the Ponce de Leon Task Force, a group that seeks solutions for the commercial and residential revitalization of the Ponce de Leon Corridor in Atlanta . He has served on the Board of Directors of The Nexus Contemporary Arts Center now known as the Atlanta Contemporary Arts Center . He is the past president of the Georgia chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and has chaired the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Chapter. He also served as a member of the University of Georgia School of Environmental Design Steering Committee. Mr. Housen is licensed in Georgia , Kentucky , South Carolina , and Tennessee and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Urban Land Institute, the American Planning Association, and the American Arbitration Association. Mrs. Watts brings to Altamira experience in Urban Design, Planning, Recreational Design and Construction Management. Prior to joining Altamira in 2000, she was employed by a Landscape Architectural firm in South Carolina where she was responsible for managing and coordinating projects involving environmentally sensitive land planning, coastal and wetland permitting, and downtown revitalization. Marti received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Georgia with 10 years experience. Significant projects in which Mrs. Watts has been involved include:

Brian Albini |

Mr. Albini is a graduate from The University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture. While in school he worked on a variety of projects from master planning to construction documents. Prior to joining Altamira, he was employed by a Civil Engineering firm in Atlanta where he assisted in projects involving land planning, site design and landscape design. Mr. Albini brings to Altamira an understanding of urban design, land planning, landscape design and recreational design. Significant projects in which Mr. Albini has been involved include:
